Parcel delivery was to be done on 17th sep-jalandhar, pb, no news till date 19sep n phone calls of the person who made transaction not being responded, saw same complains by many other customers. Need delivery or refund, very bad experience. Request an action on it please, there r many same complains where after payment no response is given.

The day complaint was made, same day it was resolved after dont know how many no of phone calls(order was for 17th/ep midnight, delivery on 19th/sep evening) .They miss behaved also(specifically the lady-highly insensible to customers) but i made it sure to follow the issue till the end of the day, so finally they did a pressurized delivery at my home. The received parcel was not as ordered on 17th, it was bit different from what was ordered, but after much of phone calls they did the delivery in the evening. Truly bad experience with it, still doubt the genuineness of the website.

India Flower Gift Shop customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I was supposed to receive a parcel (a gift, actually) on 14th Feb. its been past 10 days today, but still I've not got the parcel. There are two people handling the phone - Rahul & Megha (if that's their real name). Megha is useless.. doesnt even listens to the query and tells that she will call back but never she will. Rahul gives false promises that your query will be resolved but till today no resolution. I call more than 30 times on their phone and still no one picks up. Its frustrating!
Is this a fake business? Why is the govt. authority not penalizing them? they should be put behind bars!!
Seriously disappointed.
