India Garage Indane Distributors — Cancellation amount not refunded

I booked for Indane gas cylinder on 5th of August by paying online through google pay. 11th August it was cancelled as the empty cylinder was not available. I was told that within 3 days the amount will be credited back. But till date (22nd August) the amount is not credited in my account. When called the India Garage landline [protected], the lady who doesn't know how to speak to customers shouted on call that they don't were it is and asked to call toll free number [protected]. Tried calling on that number multiple times but after IVR it doesn't connect to any associate to speak. Called my bank asking to check if there was any refund which was done but they asked to give reference number. Again called India Garage office to get the reference number but they are not providing any details. Please help in getting my refund amount of Rs. 1055.50. Transaction details attached for reference.
