[Resolved]  India Garage Indane Distributors — As per online system cylinder has been delivered

I am the user of Indane LPG under the distributorship of INDIA GARAGE INDANE DISTRIBUTORS and my consumer No. is 27936 I booked a refill on 24th June 2014 through automated booking system with booking reference no. 493035 but my cylinder is not delivered up-to 2nd July 2014, when I confirmed from automated booking system No. [protected] then I came to know that my cylinder has been delivered, but actually not. When I contact to INDIA GARAGE INDANE DISTRIBUTORS about automated booking system record they told me that answer is wrongly delivered and further 4-5 days will take to cylinder delivery, How it is possible? The same was happened with me in last refill booking, when I complained on all industries helpline toll free No.[protected] then my cylinder has delivered on the next day of the complain. Actually; some staff members/area delivery agent of the INDIA GARAGE INDANE DISTRIBUTORS are involved in selling of the LPG cylinder in black and fake record provide to automated booking system. When any consumer done complaint or take any action or contact to the agency then they arrange a cylinder for the customer, otherwise cylinder sold in black.
