[Resolved]  India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — Not giving relieving letter

I’m sharing my very bad experience with IIFL (India Infoline Group), i worked with IIFL from june 2020 to till may 2023, its been almost 3 years i worked, and after that i resigned and now they didnt give me resignation letter from last 7 months my HR Manish Tiwari ignoring me again and again i called him several times and whatsapp him still not getting any respond and after this i tries to communicate with my manager deepti ojha, she said there was other candidate who even not received there resign letter from last 2 years, and because of not submitted resignation in my current organisation they giving my last reminder otherwise they fired me because of relieving letter and if im fired then (IIFL (India Infoline Group) will be responsible for this and im ready to pay my remaining recovery amount.
