[Resolved]  India Kids Fashion Show / [green Mind] — Fraud done in the name of giving print advertisement

IKFS-India Kids Fashion Show - Jaipur is a Fraud company and people who are mentioned such a good comments can be their own employees. IKFS- Jaipur is cheater and fraud company. IKFS had taken 7000 from me and i have the confirmation on my mail id as well and they told me that event in Gurgaon will happen on 30th May and 31st May2015 but when i didn't hear from them till 25th May'2015 they replied that event will happen on 27th and 28th June2015 but now as i'm calling them for confirming the same they are not picking up the calls even they are not reverting on mails as well. I'll take their case forward now.Also i'll give my comments to all the websites where we can post our reviews. Regards- Neeru

your right those vinod sharma and priyanka his wife are big frauds.i know many members who was cheated by them.I just want them to be punished.

mrs khyati mahajan...dr shilpa here.me and my friends have been cheated in same manner...we didnt receive any service nor the money was refunded.iam surprised why no action is taken against such fraud comapnies who loom large and free...why no action is taken against them i have no idea...

Hi Khyati I have also registered my kid with IKFS twice for the ramp show and both the events were fantastic. I can understand there can be little glitch at times in a company but calling it fraud is outrageous. Personally speaking I hv got very good experience with India Kids Fashion show and have encountered no problem so far.

Hello im also from Mumbai and my kids too are registered with India Kids Fashion Show and
contrary to the complaint given by Khyati, I have never experienced anything negative from
IKFS, at times there are delays but they always compensate for it. You just need to be a little patient Khyati, your issues will be resolved by them if your claims are true.

This is totally an attempt to malign the image of India Kids Fashion Show, having been attached to this company from so long, being a parent myself, I can assure everyone that IKFS is true to its words. If they promise any offer, photo shoot or print ads they deliver it on time. One should support and praise such platforms rather than criticizing. Bea sport!

Great team and great company, IKFS keep doing your work and avoid such false accusations. I have always enjoyed being part of it and my kids too enjoy its fashions shows and workshops. People should rather praise such platform for our kids and not blame it.

India Kids Fashion Show is amazing, don’t know why people are blaming such a professional team. I have attended it once and it was a great show.

This is to bring to the notice of consumer forum that Mr Vinod Sharma the owner of india kids fashion show has once again double crossed me.After the efforts taken by consumer forum Mr.vinod sharma agreed to refund the money he had taken for the print advertisement for my son.He had given me the cheque of 11, 200 dated 15/02/2015 which i had deposited into the bank and to my nightmare the cheque was bounced saying that the company had insufficient funds.Mr.vinod wanted me to take my complaint back from the consumer forum that was affecting his business ...so he played a new game again.I had marked my complaint as "RESOLVED " in consumer forum as soon as i deposited the cheque...but i have not got single penny back as the cheque was bounced.I called him up and said that his cheque wad bounced.so he agreed to put the refund amount directly into my acccont...now he is so busy that he has neither deposited the money nor answering my calls.If the company didn't have sufficient funds why the hell did he give me such a bogus cheque...l would request consumer forum to once again look into the matter..I am also sending the copy of receipt of the bounced cheque.
Last but not the least to parents who feel that i am trying to spoil the image of the company..let me be very clear i don't have time for such rubbish things...when somebody tries to over smart and fool you again and again its better to teach them a lesson so that no other parent suffers as we...

This is to bring to the notice of consumer forum that the owner of india kids fashion show Mr. Vinod sharma has double crossed me again.After the efforts taken by consumer forum Mr. Vinod agreed to refund me the money (11, 200) he had taken for the print advertisement of my son.Mr.vinod had issued me a cheque of Rs.11, 200 dated 15/02/2015.I deposited the cheque in bank and came to know that the cheque is bounced because the company didnt have sufficient funds.If this was the state then why did the company issue me a bogus cheque...Mr. sharma wanted me to take my complaint back because it was harming his business and so he played this new game... .I had marked my complaint as "RESOLVED"as soon as i got the cheque but i haven't received a penny yet.I called up Mr.sharma to tell that the cheque is bounced.once again he promised me that i will deposit the money directly and now after that he has neither deposited the money nor picking up my calls.I am sending the bank receipt and the bounced cheque photos as proof.
I request consumer forum to once again look into the matter.
Last but not the least to the parents who think that i am trying to spoilt the image of the companythat i dont have time for such rubbish things...truth will be truth always...

Many bangaloreans have been cheated.First they wanted us to get a photo shoot done for the fashion show, which was suppose to be held in Mumbai from 12th - 13th May 2014, for this show they said we need to pay Rs.15000/ (Deposited on 25th March 2014) for the photo shoot (in Bangalore was scheduled on 4th April, 2014 Details of transaction enclosed.) & workshop which will be held in Mumbai prior to Fashion show. But they cancelled, with a reason of elections. Then they said let us sign a contract as we already have Rs.15, 000/ which we will adjust towards the contract advance payment (details enclosed). They sent me the MOU draft (Mail Enclosed) Post i deposited Rs.22, 000/- towards contract on 15th April 2014) . I received the hard copy of MOU which was to be signed by me, but i did not . I sent it back immediately, but it was returned saying addressee not available. Till today i have not received my money back.I am sure Those who have commented positive here are false ID's. It's completely fraud company. I have 8 to 10 Parents who have been cheated, Not just parents even a fashion designer is been cheated by GREEN MINDS / INDIA KIDS FASHION SHOW / INDIA KID MODEL. We Have decided to to lodge a formal complaint even with the CYBER CRIME.

I totally agree with you sripriya...They are not just cheaters they are professional cheaters playing with the emotions of parents...The great Mr.Vinod Sharma told me he will refund my money.He issued me a cheque that got bounced...I took my complaint back from consumer forum.But as usual he cheated me once again by giving bogus cheque...probably he wanted me to take my complaint back from consumer forum, so he did a new drama...i have not received any refund...i am taking this initiative so that no other parents are cheated like us...consumer forum please take some legal action against such professional cheaters...proof of the bounced cheque...

Need help here...this Mr Vinod and his team approached me for the photo shoot and charged us Rs 4500/ and the shoot happened on 6th Jan and till date there is no publication anywhere. These guys promised to publish the pic in kids- in- style magzine. Today no one picks up phone and neither is responding to any emails. They play with parents emotions.

I request consumer complaints organisation to help me here by getting me my refund.

i am trying to recover my money from these cheaters since almost a year now. They assured of refund (for the registration amount for the fashion show, which never happened) and had issued a cheque of Rs 7000/- which bounced due to insufficient funds in their account.

if anybody can try to resolve the issue, plz get in touch.

Very poor response..utterly unprofessional these IKFS people are..i paid Rs 7800 in the month of March 2015 in the name of participation in IKFS at Gurgaon to be held on 30 and 31 may 2015. Last hour they change the dates to 27 and 28 June stating parents have issues due to summer vacations. Now its 18 June till date nothing has been received from their end in the name of show details and they are not picking any calls...these are the numbers...

Lets us all unite and lodge a police complaint, coz it is a fraud and they cannot escape like this.

Consumer forum is gud but this fraud is a big time game for them, they are cheating people for last 2-3 years, I can see now in this forum, complaints of 2012.

Its high time now let's create a whatsapp of some FB group unite and lodge a police complaint.

Similar case has happened against us, we booked for the show at Gurgoan and paid 7800/- via net transfer for June'15 and we got the information that it has been postponed, they said they will refund but they are not answering calls on any of the numbers.
