India Speed Post — regarding my article lost

My parents send me article .there are two important documents present inside the article .when I receive the article I got only one document and other are missing .my consignment no is EF[protected]IN.i have complained in india post office site in which complaint no is[protected].In article my passport and one certificate was there.but when I got my article, only certificate was there and passport was missing
