Horrible experience to deal with India Times Shopping. The customer care caller will give you a stereotype answers. The so-called Floor Supervisor, Deepak, is one of the most inefficient and does not fit to be called a supervisor. The prdocuts orders (two sets of bugga bucci shoes & 3 pairs of jeans each) were of very substandard quality. Hence my nephews returned the same. The courier guys attached to them are more fraudulent than India Times Shopping. They usurped one set of shoes and jeans and handed over to India Times only one set of shoes and jeans. To get a refund of the amount is a herculean task. Till today we havent received a meagre amount of Rs.1578/-, pending since June 2015. Was this information helpful? |
