India World Technologies — Credit note for brokerage discount against booking flat in godrej 101 | |||||
I booked a flat in Godrej 101 (flat no F0001) and as per the booking contract I am entitled to receive a brokerage discount of 4.5% for which I have to submit few documents. One of them is Credit Note Redemption Form. From last 2 weeks I am trying to contact help desk of India Homes to get access to this form but no one has responded yet. Is this the kind of service you provide to your customers? Isn't customer satisfaction on top of your priority list? Or do you value your customer only till the time deal is cracked after which you break all relationships with your customers? I am very unhappy and very disappointed with your customer care services.
