This is with reference to my order no 22100713 where On 14th May, 2023 i had ordered a cake online to be delivered to my son-in-law at Gurgaon.The order was confirmed and payment made. I went back to work. Later in the afternoon I came to know that the order was not delivered. I checked my mail to find that Rs 250 more was being demanded. Since i needed the cake to be delivered and was left with no option, I chose to pay the amount around 3 pm. But still the order was not delivered even the next day and no calls were made.
This was the second time I was cheated by Indiacakes. Earlier it happened on 10th December when i had to cancel the order and received a coupon. But since they are not committed to delivery and have failed me more than once I demand a full refund in the original mode of payment and not any coupon.
I, therefore, request a redressal from the consumer court. All the proofs of payment and order confirmation will be provided if required.
Your prompt action is solicited here to restore the faith o[censored]mpteen customers in a great brand as yours.
