I am writing to file a complaint against your company for the significant delay in processing my registration application. My application for company registration was submitted and paid Rs 2000 to your company on 7th February 2023, and I was promised that it would be completed within 10 to 12 days. However, it has been 21 days since I submitted the application, and I have yet to receive any confirmation or update from your end.
I understand that your company receives a high volume of registration applications, but the delay has caused me significant financial and emotional distress. As a new business owner, I have been eagerly awaiting the completion of my company registration so that I can begin operations and generate revenue. However, due to the delay, I have been unable to proceed with important business decisions and have lost several opportunities.
I have made multiple attempts to contact your company's customer service and support team, but I have not received any satisfactory response. I strongly believe that the delay in processing my application is a clear violation of consumer rights and a breach of your company's service level agreement.
Therefore, I am requesting that your company takes immediate action to expedite the processing of my company registration application and provide me with a confirmed date for completion. If the registration is not completed within the specified time frame, I will be forced to take legal action and file a formal complaint with the consumer forum.
