Hi had purchased flat at Sobha dream acres through india homes
They have issued me credit note of Rs 61961/- which I am yet to receive.
It looks like a big fraud company.
Looks like both builders and the broker are hand in glove
They not only cheated me the credit note amount but also sold me flat flat at higher rate than the actual.
Many innocent people taken for ride
Every time I call them they give some reason to escape .
