Indian Bank — atm money not dispense and debited from account | |||
I have account with indian bank toral rajkot. S/b account[protected]. I went to atm which is next door to branch. It was not working so i asked officer to start atm. Officer tried for 20 minutes and then he asked me to withdraw money.in 1st transaction money did not come so i tried another withdrawl and money came successfully. Here transaction receipt is not coming in this atm but balance was visible on atm screen. I found that they have debited two times withdrawl amounting to rs 20000. Complained to bank manager he took the claim and credit of rs 10000 will be given after 3 days. Why atm is not taken care by bank management? Manager is not bothered about working of atm as transaction slip is not coming. Rbi must take action against bank. Was this information helpful? | |||

Actually I opened the bank with zero balance but today my 15 got deducted by telling to maintain the min balance. I don't understand

I have complaint them to not opening indian bank atm but they did not solve it.from 1month atm has been closed.please raise this complaint of opening atm.

These people are not showing respect to customers of those who raises complaint
Payment mode...credit card...till now didn't get refund ...
