Hi... This is Dhanupriya.. I ordered some products and paid through paytm upi... but beneficiary not get the amount.. I spoke to paytm customer service they said our side paid the amount.. kindly check your bank.. I paid on 3rd may.. I asked indian bank customer care.. they told me raise the complain through online Cgrs portal. I tried many times while submit the form the error shows like transaction date required.. in that particular column blanked can't type anything.. can you please check and revert me back as soon as possible.
