I am dr dhinesh prabhru from panruti, cuddalore district, Tamiilnadu. I have savings account @ indian bank panruti branch.I want to complain about the ATM services provided in panruti IB ATM.Cash deposit machine is not working in Saturdays, Sundchays and all holidays.It is not rectified in after frequent representattion to Branch Manager of the Bran Was this information helpful? | |||

Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 19, 2016 Ls Rangarajan's response I am not able tocreat my transaction pw.Kindly help me Nov 10, 2016 Satyam Kota's response Were there any RBI guidelines especially for your branches?

Yesterday i was coming in the bank there was a huge problem for deposits and Exchanging 500 And 1000 Rs in bank and also misbehaving to their customers .and also today its same problem facing by me and many other pepole so plz do some action aganist him.

While depositing the amount (old 500 & 1000 notes), into their SB account being maintained at the same bank, no bank is demanding for identity proof (to be submitted xerox copy) except Indian bank, especially MM Padu Branch, Vijayawada. Will you please clarify?
