Indian Bank — Credit card payments

Dear team

I haven't used my credit card and I lost my card last 11years even though on CIBIL its show overdue of 4lakh..
But limit of the card is 25000

I am not high class family. I am the only person.

I can able to pay only my card limit.. request to waive off the all interest amount which you charged last 11 years and close the card immediately
