Indian Bank — I'm complaining about Amazon refund money

My name is Revathy and I had ordered Bluetooth headset of RS.2999 (Renewed) Skullcandy Inkd Plus S2IQW-M687 Wireless in-Earphone with Mic (Yellow) in Amazon on 18/10/2021 and after 19/10/2021 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 23/10/2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. Please solve my problem and try to get my money back.
