I wanted to open an account for my sister at Indian bank Perambur branch (90) on 14th Feb 2022. Due to their inefficiency they failed to capture my sisters finger print correctly and it lead to delay, 23rd Feb 2022 we received the message saying the account was created, but when we went to the bank for collecting passbook the staff in the bank asked us to wait and they started searching for my sisters application, but they were not able to find it, they were so brazen to lie blatantly that her account was not created and they are asking us to comeback again three days later. The assistant manager is the most rudest of all not even responsible and admitting to the mistake, when asked for the application form to be shown she shooed us out . Was this information helpful? |
