Indian Bank — locker surrender in year 2014 still we have received notice to make the payment

We have closed and handover the locker to the hathras indian branch.
Still we have received a notice to make the yearly payment against locker in 2017 and
Same in 2018.

We have informed the branch in year 2017 and branch manager apologise and assured us that it's a mistake happened from bank ends and they will rectify it
Still in 2018 we have received the same notice.

How long we will have to receive notice for the payment of closed locker (Wth all the formalities).
