[Resolved]  Indian Bank — Money debited not credited to razorpay

On Nov 27th 2021, the amount of Rs.1009/- debited to Indian Bank for the credit to Urban pro. The payment is through razorpay. But the transaction declined.

I raised the complaint on Razorpay and got a call from the complaint cell and told that the amount not credited to razorpay and the amount was with Indian Bank. They asked me to login to to the site where they sent the link. I logged in and gate the information to transfer to my Indian Bank account. They told the amount is not able to be refunded to Indian Bank as it is almost 2 months. Then asked me to enter another bank details . I logged in my ICICI account. They told again the same problem and asked me to use my debit card. But i didnot want to do through my debit card. They told that they will call again the nextday and do the process with another debit or credit card of my parent. I sent the message to callback. but they did not call

The Indian Bank valasaravakkam is not responding to any of mails or calls for the past two weeks.

I want this to be cleared and my money to be refunded to my indian bank account
