[Resolved]  Indian Bank — Money related

My name is Suraj Pandey and I had ordered a product of RS 872 (Feliz the designer studio Boy's Cotton Kurta Pyjama Set (Blue, 2-3 Years)) in Amazon on 1/4/2021& I cancel this order due to personal reason. And on (9/04/2021) Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (Refund Reference # N0FVCRH60000KMXMIEIJ) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [[protected]].

I have ordered a product Rs 466 on flipkart. I returned the product and they initiated the refund on 14/02/2021 .But the amount is not received in my account. Flipkart has shared refund reference number 74056631046104541292062. Kindly resolve the problem
