[Resolved]  Indian Bank — Net Banking failed transaction not refunded

Address:Indian Bank, GST Road, Guduvancheri Branch 603202

On[protected], I made Tangedco Electricity Bill for Rs.380/- through net banking transaction failed but debited in my account. I contacted Indian Bank, Guduvancheri branch, Manager- Netbanking told me it will be refunded within 5 working days. So I wait for one week but money not refunded. On 9.11.21 I made payment for EB. For this I contacted in person for more no of times and through email to branch manager no good response. Also on 15.12.21 made claim through Customer Redressal Forum (Ref.No.[protected]
and again reopened complaint 5.1.22. Lapse of 86 days my money refunded by Indian Bank, Guduvancheri branch.

Kindly advice bank to compensate as per RBI rules along with failed transaction amount and oblige
