Indian Bank — Pending Refund Status

I have booked my train ticket online via confirm ticket on 29 May 2022. The amount was supposed to be refunded by 9 June and it is not reflecting in my Indian Bank account yet.

It's been more than 10 days and i need my refund amount 940/- ASAP.
