Indian Bank — Poor customer response of Indian Bank | |||
I had requested for a home loan last week in Indian Bank and got a call after 3 days. The customer service executive did not give me any clear details on the loan procedure and said that they will call again later. Since then, I have not received any such call regarding my query. I have to try nationalized bank since my dad is having account in Indian Bank for more than 10 years i thought of Indian bank loan. If they are having these kind of poor customer service am fearing that how they will respond for processing my loan.Take care of customers else dont fake people by your ADs Was this information helpful? | |||
