Indian Bank — Refund amount Requested - Regarding - Amount Debited in Savings Account - But Payment Failed in Income Tax Portal

Dear Sir/Madam,
My Name is M. Thamim Ansar. My Younger Sister Name is M. Hawwabi.
My Sisters PAN No. is ANYPH6971J.
My Sisters Aadhar No. is[protected].
Amount Paid CRN Number is [protected]..
My sister Linked her PAN with AADHAR on 23.03.2023 through IncomeTax Portal and paid fine Rs. 1, 000/- under Minor head 500 - Other Receipts(500) and Major head 0021 [Income Tax (Other than Companies)] using Indian Bank Net Banking (Savings Account No. [protected]).
The Payment was successfull and amount debited in my sisters saving account. CRN Number is [protected].. But, the Income Tax Payment portal shows payment failed. So, I request you to refund the amount..
