[Resolved] Indian Bank — Refund completed by amazon but still not received in bank account

I had ordered Sparx Women's Flip-Flops on 1Jan2022, I had requested return of the product on 8Jan2022. It was picked up on 9Jan2022 & Amazon initiated the refund on 9Jan2022. Refund has been completed by Amazon and Refund Reference number is RRN74332742010200966873304. The last date for refund to reflect in my account was on 14Jan2022, but today is 19Jan2022 and I have not received the amount in my bank account yet. Other details such as order ID and price of the product, I have provided in the image section.
This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

After few hours of filing complaint on consumer complaints forum when I checked my bank statement, the refund amount was reflecting. Consumer complaints team is awesome. Thank you so much!
