[Resolved]  Indian Bank — Refund is initiated by amazon but still not received in bank account

I have ordered a laptop charger On 15 November 2021 and I have returned the product at 18 November morning 10.00 and my refund status was showing that you will receive the refund amount 1799 at 3 to 5 Days but I didn't received the amount and i called up the customer care . and received a reference no[protected]

And they told that we already initiated the amount to your bank account and They sent me the a reference no (132214303724)
Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
