Dear Sir/Madam,
I booked my gas through registered telephone on Feb 22, 2014 and got the delivery. When I am trying for rebooking it informed that it was booked on Feb.28, 2014 thats why rebooking is not permitted. This is second time when wrong date od booking has been registered.
Secondly after online booking gas is delivered only after repeated reminder.
Third the behaviour of the lady who is receiving the complaint call is very rude.
