[Resolved] Indian Health Organisation — regarding issue of membership cards | |||
Paid amount of Rs 12445 on 31st december 2014 at that time they said that cards will be delivered by 15 days.After 1 week i enquired through customer care and they said me to keep a mail to them.i kept mail on 7th january and i got a reply mail saying they will inform within 2 days and i didn't got any mail after that.i kept escalation on january 10th and they kept me mail saying that they will reply as soon as possible and i didn't got any reply.they replied on 19th january and they said some rules changed and they refund money rs7945 on 23rd of january and said me to pay back for enrolling insurance.i paid on 24th january.during the process they said me to pay rs2500 saying some advantage in renewal plan and i did so immediately(they said there will not be any delay in processing because of this payment).till today daily i am talking to customer care representative and they will say it will be delivered by 7 to 10days.but i am not getting the cards and my insurance policy.today when i talked with customer care representative he told i have to wait for 1 week and after that i have to ask about my insurance policy and it will take for one more month after that one week.their response is too bad.its already 53days since i did my 1st payment and i didnot got my cards and insurance policy my mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com(in IHO also my mail id is same and they can get my payment details by checking this mail id) Was this information helpful? | |||

We aim to deliver the IHO kit within 14 days from the date of verification, however at times due to uncontrollable circumstances, there might be instances of delay, for which we apologize. As for your insurance papers, the insurance company processes the membership either at the 16th or at the end of the month, and that might be the reason of the delay in this case.
