Indian Oil Corporation — Claim of Refund of Additional Charges

Dear Sir/Madam, In our LPG Cylinder Bill, some additioal chg are recovered from last few months, over and above price of the cylinder.e.g.Bill no [protected] dt.7/7/2015 Total chg 624.00 recovered including add.chg Rs29.71. We have represented to Deepak Gas Service, Gaytrinagar main road, Rajkot but refused to refund additional charges quating that some election card was not submitted.But without any notice no one can charge add.chg.and if deducted as VAT tax, VAT is refundable if not applicable. We have submitted the all KYC+Ele.card+adhar card as a resident of Gujarat.No.of time we have submitted the same. Now we claim for refund of all additional charges charged to our bill whether it is VAT Tax or some other chg.
