Worst experience of my life filling fuel at IOC Petrol pump

Dear sir,
It is very painful to me to complaint against a company standing in the list of fortune 500 list but for the incidence could not be hide out.
The incident too place around 08:15 when i went to the SINGH PETRPETROL PUMP Rukanpura, Patna. I told the filling staff for fuel of quantity equal to Rs.210.00 and with the full nozal open condition but he refused and filled with the nozal half open.
I asked for the complain book but the dealer named Ajit Kr. Singh started misbehaving me and giving threatening " do what so ever you can". I give. Five ( 5) lacs rupee every month to the IOCL officers.
Sir, i am shocked. I may also share that when ever i fill my car at this filling station mileage drastically drops.
The working of the filling station may please be examined and any out come of the step take against this complaint may be intimated to me at my mail [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no.[protected].
