Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with one of your fuel fillers who denied to take my coins after filling the fuel. On 26 March 2023, I filled up my bike at your fuel station and handed over a handful of coins to the fuel filler. However, to my surprise, the fuel filler refused to accept the coins and said that they only accept paper currency (Rupees note) as a form of payment.
I was shocked and quite embarrassed at the situation. I had no other means of paying, and the fuel filler refused to take my coins. It left me feeling helpless as I had no other way of paying for the fuel I had just received.
As a loyal customer, I find it extremely disheartening that your fuel fillers are not accepting coins. This goes against the very essence of customer service and convenience. It is important to note that coins are a legitimate form of currency, and therefore, should be accepted at your gas station.
I sincerely hope that immediate action would be taken on this matter to ensure that your staff is well-trained and educated about how to handle different forms of currency. This will prevent future incidents of customers being left stranded and embarrassed.
I am looking forward to hearing back from you with regards to what measures are being taken to resolve this matter.
I have attached his photo because he denied to tell his name.
