I Dharam Pal having consumer no. for gas booking is :[protected]. I had never received my gas cylinder in time after generation of cash memo / delivery receipt as per my previous experiences . I normally go 3 to 4 times in the gas agency office to get my refill, the gas agency people make many excuses for the delay at every time. It is very harassment for any consumer to go every time {3 to 4 time } in the gas agency to get gas cylinder refilled.As per last experience, I had booked my gas on 6th March 2017[on line], but I have received it on 23rd March costing Rs 780/= after my 4 visit in the office for request to get my refill, and more over without case memo / delivery receipt.The delivery man forced me to get my receipt from the office for the subsidy. I request for the appropriate action against the gas agency .
