Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Complaint against om sai filling station, gaur city 2 greater noida west regarding petrol fraud

On 20th March 2021 at 07:10 am i went to om sai filling station gaur city - 2 for a petrol refill and asked them to give a refill of 350 rupees and the employee Named Rahul Kumar started the meter with out pointing it Zero. When I saw the meter immediately, it was crossing above Rs.117/- . when i confronted them he abused me . After that I called manager Named Babloo regarding my issue but he doesn't accept it. They gave all the reasons of not doing it and when i asked for the bill they gave a fake bill with nothing mentioned on it, niether my vehicle number nor the vehicle type and hence i cannot accept that bill to be for the money i payed to them via Paytm.

I thereby request you to give me a refund and also take action against the filling station.
