Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Decline of online service for new gas connection | |
I have applied for new connection of LPG on[protected] through online filing and submission of kyc document to RTPS ECCS limited distributor till now the process is not completed. Also, regarding this I have raised a complaint in Indian portal, but the issue is not resolved. The response received in portal "As per portal records your Relationship status with consumer number [protected] is IN PROCESS and connection documents can be released on release of the OMC Dedup. It is requested to contact our showroom manager on [protected] in this regard Indane" When I have personally visited the office, the dealer openly declined to provide connection based on an online application. The dealer is insisting on to pay more than the stipulated amount. Was this information helpful? | |
