Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Decline of online service for new gas connection

I have applied for new connection of LPG on[protected] through online filing and submission of kyc document to RTPS ECCS limited distributor till now the process is not completed.

Also, regarding this I have raised a complaint in Indian portal, but the issue is not resolved.

The response received in portal "As per portal records your Relationship status with consumer number [protected] is IN PROCESS and connection documents can be released on release of the OMC Dedup. It is requested to contact our showroom manager on [protected] in this regard Indane"

When I have personally visited the office, the dealer openly declined to provide connection based on an online application.

The dealer is insisting on to pay more than the stipulated amount.
