Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — I am complaining about the toilets not provided by the Ashoka Fuel Pump, Darbhanga, Bihar

Today morning I've visited AshokabFuel Pump, Darbhanga, Bihar and asked them to use the toilet. They have locked all the toilets and told me that those are unoperational. It was a bitter experience to me. Please look into the matter.
