Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Indane vishnu gas agency whitefield bangalore — cancelled my booking without any reason

I booked my refill on 28th December 2015 and the cash memo is generated on 6th January 2016 and finally my booking is cancelled on 7th January 2016 without any reason. I tried reaching gas agency to know the reason but no one answers the call. I tried reaching them 20 times. Every time the phone rings but no response.[protected]/[protected]. This is the worst service.
