this is with reference to my consumer no. 15816, named Chadra prakash pandey, kolkata.

plz note that the above connection is from the CIrcular gas agency, 49/5h/148, c.g.r. road, kolkata-23,
plz note that many times it happens that despite of getting the delivery massage we are not getting the cylinder, but get the msg that the cylinder has bee delivered, while complaining to office no proper response is given by the officials.
