Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — LPG Refill booking went wrong | |||
My father had booked an lpg refill(Consumer no.9366, Agency name:Nikita Indane [protected]) at Raipur Chhattisgarh on 01 Nov 2020 on lpg booking mobile no. [protected], But unfortunately the e-invoice he received in his registered mobile number was of different consumer from Bihar. Completely unaware of this error in invoice, he unknowingly gave DAC no.(in a call back expected from indane from mobile no. [protected]) to a person saying that he is delivery boy of indane and then suddenly that lpg refill was delivered to the consumer at Bihar. I have lodged a complaint to Indane toll free number also but not received any aknowledgement or revert action from indane. Dear authorities please solve this problem and provide us LPG refill.
