Refer to customer complaint SRN No 2582446 dated 16 Mar 2016 and SRN No: 2597642 dated 30 Mar 2016.My Consumer No : CX 19230933, Gas Agency is SWARNA NIRMAL GAS SERVICE, 81A Motilal Nehru Road, Kolkata. My income per month is less than Rs 10000.00. Yet, no subsidy is being deposited to my Bankers.

Indane — not geting lpg subsidy

My LPG I'd is[protected] Name: Abhijit ghoh. I am not get any subsidy from previous 4 months.

Indane — Dual Bank detail in one LPG id.

My LPG ID 3 [protected], i had submitted bank detail of SBI and also some subsidi got in same bank but since some time it shown Axis bank detail, which I never given to IOC Gas, kindly do need full ASAP.
