Sir, My Consumer No.is 14447.I booked a cylinder on 04/01.2017 through IVRS Gas Booking and my Booking No 295400.Till to-day ie.29/01/2017, the Distributor P.S.Gas Agency, Guwahati, has not made the home delivery of the cylinder as a result I am facing great inconvenience. Therefore I solicit your help so that you can instruct the Distributor to immediately deliver my cylinder at my residence.
