Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Not adding rewards points after purchasing petrol

Respected Sir/madam
I filled petrol for my vehicle at Sri Panchamukhi fuels IOCL Dabaspet NH4, Tumukuru, but after providing my mobile number which was added for fuel rewards card, the fuel station was not added rewards points to my card.
It is not first time happened approximately five times same experience I got from the above mentioned petrol bunk.
There's no air facility on the petrol bunk.
Please do the needful
