I registered my mobile number with IOC. I have sent SMS on 26.1.2016. I didn't receive the Ref.Number. So, Then, I once again sent SMS on 1.2.2016. Till, I didn't receive the Ref.Number. So, I made called and booked the refill on 2.2.2016. Kindly help me to receive Booking Ref.Number. My mobile no. is [protected]. I spent time and money for booking.
