Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Payment done twice, amount not refunded

I have put petrol for 1500 on 21/04/2023 and the guy in the station asked to credit the money to [protected].. money got debited, but since there was some over limit with his gpay, it didn't process successfully. He again asked me to pay by card and I paid 1500 again.. later sometime, 1500 debited in gpay was successfully credited to his account..I contacted him and he said he will send it as soon as he goes to the petrol station.. but after that, he is not attending my call.. it has been more than a week now .I'm not able to get this petrol station contact number.. I need some help
