I have received a sealed cylinder which is empty. Made a complaint at indian oil site (Complaint number[protected] but surprised to see that without doing anything, the complaint was closed. Talked to their sales officer and sent pictures of cylinder also but no reply at all. Cylinder is deliverd by agnihotri gas agency, noida.
