Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Refill payment issue

Sir, I'm G.Jayakumar, I'm a customer INDIAN Sundaram gas agency kadakavur, my consumer number is 1489. Yesterday (19/05/2021 07.16.06 ) I booked a refill and the same time I paid the amount via online and the amount was deducted from my account. This morning the gas delivery boy was bring a full bottle and he asked the amount of the refill bottle, then i was informed to him I already paid the amount yesterday. After he contacted his agency and take back the full bottle. Now today I check my bank statements there I can saw yesterday the refill bottle amount was deducted from my account. The agency saying they don't get the amount, So where gone my cash ? In my bank statement the amount gone in IOC accounts
