Hi,
I would like to inform you that i dedar ali mirza, a resident o[censored]luberia, howrah.
I already register an order for new connection. Selected distributor is bani gas services. Registration number :- n160408209018160217682.
But they refused to accept my kyc form .
I already complainted to customer care about this issue.
(Complaints no-262564) but there was no reply.
I have attached a photo of new connection order details.
Kindly take necessary steps as early as possible.

I would like to inform you that I Dedar Ali Mirza, a resident o[censored]luberia, howrah.
I already register an order for new connection. Selected distributor is bani gas services(O T Rd, Bazarpara, Uluberia, Howrah, West Bengal 711315

But they refused to accept my kyc form .
I already complainted to customer care about this issue.
(Complaints no-262564) but there was no reply.
I have attached a photo of new connection order details and Released details.
Kindly take necessary steps as early as possible.

Dear Madam,
i would like to inform that yesterday[protected] they received my KYC form.And said that they will visit to my resident for mandatory checking . and also said if they found any fault they will cancel my request of new connection.

with very regret I would like to inform that on last sunday i have purchase a new Vs2 gas oven with ISI marked. But after checking the oven they said oven is acceptable but your bill is not acceptable due to bill is made without VAT & VAT Number if you can submit the original bill with VAT & VAT Number I'll give you the connection otherwise I can't.
Kindly take necessary step as early as possible.
