Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Refused to give petrol

[protected] at 10:30 pm I went to an Indian oil petrol pump at Balabhut in Cooch behar district of west Bengal, my two wheeler was out of fuel & I was with my wife returning from an occasion. Two employees of that pump sitting on office rejected my request as they closed the pump but actually not, they just busy in mobile & don't want to come out. That night I had faced so much difficulties to return home. I want strict action against those unprofessional workers. They have no moral rights to work on this emergency services.
