Under IOC Doc No.[protected] and Consumer No.26409 I am maintain g a LPG connection in Jorhat, Assam 785001 through M/S Saikia Gas Service, Jorhat.Assam.I have booked one LPG cylinder on 08.06.2015. But after elapsed of a considerable period when I have not received the LPG cylinder I have made enquiry and on reply they informed on telephone that my consumer number is blocked by IOC Ltd. Before my enquiry for the subject matter no information was given by M/S Saikia Gas Service, Jorhat, Assam also by IOC Ltd till date.How a consumer will know regarding such activity by IOC Ltd.Why the same consumer No.is blocked without serving any notice to consumer. please see the matter.
