[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation — Non-introduction of online refill booking

M/S Nayek Gas Agency of Kalna in the district of Burdwan and under the Area Manager of Durgapur West Bengal has not yet introduced online refill booking that causes problem to many customers. My Refill booking Reference No: R[protected] Dated :25/06/2014 was not entertained and I am asked to book through IVRS/SMS system. But earlier the distributor responded to online refill booking. Though there is a provision of online refill booking of the company and distributors have been asked to follow the guidelines, M/S Nayek Gas Agency cocks a snook at the authority with impunity.
