Indian Oil Corporation — Subsidy is not yet received from Indane Gas

I received a gas cylinder on 7 April 2015 for rupee 640 but the actual price of it was 420 i have already given them my account number in which they should send my the subsidy back which is 220 rupee. Not only once it is happening from last 2 months, I haven't got any subsidy in my account since February 2015.
